Processing Information:
Your items(s) will be processed in the order in which they were received, Processing typically takes 2-5 days this does not include actual time in the mail, so it may take a couple days once it is shipped to get to you. If you need your order to be rushed, please select the expedited processing at the time of check out and your order will go to the top of our list.
Returns or Exchanges:
Your happiness is our goal so if you are unhappy with an item we really want to fix this for you If something is physically wrong with the item upon receiving it, we will be more than happy to replace it with proof. We do NOT offer exchanges, replacements or returns for any reason other than a sewing oops on my part in the creation of the item. We understand if you order for an event and don’t wear it but we do not return for this. Please message us in case of any grievance or complaint and we would be happy to resolve it for you. We can exchange your item for store credit and we’ll put that amount towards something else in our shop once we’ve received the item back in good condition. We will not accept exchanges 14 days after the item has been sold. PLEASE NOTE: we will not accept exchanges on items that are custom made or intimate.
