Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $89 or more.
- A $4.99 standard shipping fee applies to US orders below $89.
Processing time
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Selected high-demand, customized or occasion styles may require additional preparation time. If an item needs extra time, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Estimated transit time after dispatch
- United States: approximately 5–7 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs reviews, weather and peak periods can affect transit time.
Carrier and tracking
We select a suitable tracked carrier based on the destination and parcel. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after dispatch.
Address changes and delayed parcels
Check your shipping address carefully before submitting the order. If you need a correction, contact support@shopnewlook.com as soon as possible; an address cannot be changed after dispatch.
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or the parcel is past the estimated delivery window, email us with your order number.
