How To Measure

Price is the same. Welcome to choose and buy. If you want to tailor, please measure
your body according to the measuring guide, and show them to us.(ps:Please provide
the unit you are measuring when confirming the size with us.Let us know your size more
clearly, and it is convenient to customize clothes that satisfy you)
The store promises to customize clothes according to the customer's own
measurement. If the clothes received do not meet their own size, they will
not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
Generally, the process of customizing clothes takes three to five working days. If
there are special circumstances, it will be explained to the customer. Our store
promises that once the clothes are made, we will ship them immediately.
1). please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc) in COMMENT
when you make payment. the processing time for a specific order varies with the product type
and stock status. for the most part, processing time can be from 3 to 15 working days upon
receipt of payment.
2). All items that the order must be shipped only after payment is received by the Third Party
(bank) we ship the item for customers through Chinapostair, EMS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or Air Mail,
according to the actual situation.
3). You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package has been shipped
out. The delivery time is based on different countries or regions all over the world.
4). as for the delivery destinations (your address) where only DHL or UPS are available, if it is
the so-called remote region by DHL or UPS, payment must be paid by the buyer.
5). We will not take responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters arising from
transport carriers or force majeure reasons.
6). For the lost package on the way to the destination, we would like to try our best to contact
with the express company and update the latest information for you. however, there may be
some delayed response due to the time difference.
